Place your hands on either side of you, flat on the floor. Extend your left leg in front of your while bending your right leg at the knee. Keep your right foot flat on the floor.
Flex your left foot and exhale while tightening your left quadricep, and lifting your left leg off the floor approximately six inches. Hold this position for 10 seconds while keeping your back straight and breathing normally. Relax, and repeat with the right leg.
